Christmas Lightsby ^pica-ae

Digital Art / Typography / Miscellaneous

Another little Christmas illustration I decided to do today. The thought behind this was to create a Calligraphy that flows from top to bottom. Thinking about a subject, I then choose the word "Christmas" and wrote it in a way it can be seen as Christmas tree shape; which is also why I added a star on the top.

After sketching and scanning, I used Illustrator to trace the type and apply some effects.

I used techniques explained in my "Create a Light Painting, Bokeh Effect in Illustrator – Vector Premium Tutorial" on vector.tutsplus.com
The example deviation is "Be My Light by"
