now this is really another story...
Once there was a nice men all the children came running to cos he was giving them sweets and stuff. His name was "Hummel". When he died, another grumpy men was moving in, who didn't like children. His job was to carry water.
So whenever the children saw him approach, they called "Hummel Hummel!" to tease him. And as he couldn't run after them for the water was so heavy he was yelling back "Mors Mors!", which translated means as much as: "i will slap your ass!" [Mors = Butt in Plattdeutsch]

what happened to that Phrase in our modern times? Whenever the HSV scores a goal, the stadium speaker [grandson of famous 50s comedian/actor/poet Heinz Erhardt btw] says: "Hamburg:..." then the audience goes "1!" - "Guests:..." - "Nil!" [even if they actually have scored before ] "Danke!" - "Bitte!" - "Hummel Hummel!" - "Mors Mors!"
