Quick watercolor I did this morning. It is going to be a gift at a christmas party I made for my mother. Yes, I'm giving my art away for free :noes: Well, who can say no their mom? :meow:

I did not use any reference for this, but browsed a bit around dA to get inspiration or reminders of how snow looks… :slow:

The sketch only consisted of a horizontal line and some swirls for the creek. After that was dried I added the tree sketch. I am using water color pencils for that by Faber-Castell. The paper is by Hahnemühle, colours by Schmincke.
