Project Educate feat. Negative Space

Project Educate feat. Negative Space

This feature of Typography showcases works that play with negative spac. This recurring theme in both Art and Design, challenges our mind in sometimes such a subtle manner that it is simply amazing. Using negative space for words while keeping the text readable is a trick that shows us how our minds are capable of so much more.

Great feature guys. I've always been intrigued by typography - never quite understood what it was and wasn't quite creative enough for it - but this has taught me a lot :)

ASCII is created by using letters, while ANSI uses blocks and lines. ANSI is closer to Pixel Art, and maybe less typographic cos it doesn't use (regular) letters.

I just love positive/negative space artwork. I remember having a blast doing projects on these when I was in high school (traditionally) and in college (digitally). SO much FUN!
